Q: How do I participate in a race?
A: Registration is through and you can choose between a live 5K event or Virtual options.

Q: Are your races timed and where are the results posted?
A: Yes, we chip time our races and post the results live on

Q: Do you need Volunteers
A: Yes, we do! You may volunteer for any event by sending an email to Positions range from Event Setup, Check in/Registration, Water stations and Finish line Timing/Medals. Need volunteer hours, just ask!  

Q: Do you have Age Group awards?

A: Yes for the live events, where finish times can be validated. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place is awarded overall and in each age group. Missed awards are not mailed out, but you can pick it up at the next race you attend.

Q: What are your Age Group categories?

A: We use the following for both men and women: 09 & Under, 10-12, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over.

Q: Do you allow Change/Transfer/Refund requests?

​A: All change requests must be received in writing (email before the race takes place or within 24 hours after, in emergencies. After that, your registration will be considered a donation to the charity. There are no refunds or exceptions.

Q: What is a Virtual race?

A: It's a race that you complete on your own, anywhere you like but also with other people in different locations. Some prefer to run alone and support a charity, while also earning a medal for themselves. It's great for small groups or remote areas, without many races to choose from! Treat it like a real race and get others to join you and it's a more fun!

Q: How does the Virtual race work? 

  1. Sign up for a race to order your race packet. We mail it out as soon as everything is available!
  2. Set a date and pick your own course to run/walk. You are in charge of how you earn your medal!
  3. Record your finish time with a simple watch or running app on your phone.
  4. Celebrate your victory! Wear your medal with pride, you earned it!
  5. Report your finishing time and share your story in the Facebook group or the Facebook event page.
  6. Sign up for the next race and tell your friends about us!

Q: Where does the money go?

A: Each month, we donate a portion of the proceeds, directly to the designated charity. We also publish an Accountability Report on our Facebook page, announcing major donations completed.

Q: Do you ship Internationally or to Canada?

A: Yes, but shipping costs more, so we reserve the right to ask for extra postage through PayPal, depending on actual costs.

Q: Why am I getting Newsletters? I never signed up for them.

A: When you sign up for any race, we add you to the newsletters list. The first one we always send contains Race Day Info for the race you signed up for.

After that, we send one newsletter each month to keep everyone informed on upcoming races, important announcements like charity donations made or special offers. You may opt out anytime using the unsubscribe option.

Q: Why did I stop getting newsletters?

A: We keep a close eye on who is reading our newsletters. After we send you several that go unopened, we remove you from our list. We never want to send anyone information they don't want. We do not sell or purchase email lists ever!
